I Just Made A Bitchin' Omelette

Seriously, this was one kick-arse specimen of omelette-dom.
For one thing, it had to be at least thirty, thirty-five per cent cheese. I used the last of my Cheddar on it (having bought Wensleydale and Camembert today) and man, it was nice.

It broke up while I was taking it out of the pan, but all of my egg-based foodstuffs have done that this week, so I'm getting used to it.
I partially blame the eggs.

But anyway, great omelette.
