Readers' Mail

No really. I do get the occasional email.

Someone wanted to know which HTML editor I use for the main site - it's Notepad. Simple as that.
I don't have much truck with this not-coding-it-yourself malarkey. But then I have been programming for the last fourteen or so years.

The other question that bears addressing on the weblog was about what game book projects I have coming up. the answer to that one is "none at the moment". But I do have possibilities. There should be some freelance work for Dream Pod 9 soon, probably for CORE Command.
As I've mentioned before, I'm also working up a proposal for a Call of Cthulhu Shanghai Guidebook (for the 1920s). I went to the SOAS library today for some books. I've found some very cool stuff, including a tourist guide (with a Pidgin English phrasebook!) first published in 1920, and a book on secret societies in 20s Shanghai. Exactly the kind of stuff I need.

I should also be meeting John Nephew of Atlas Games at GenCon UK soon, so I may be able to swing some work there if I'm lucky. It's all about the networking.
